How to use this list

The table is best used as a reference. If you need to know the farm cost of a specific cat, the unlock source, or the cooldown on its signature ability, this is the fastest page to consult.

Adding new cats

When Garlic Sprouts announces a new cat, we add it to the top of the table with a note indicating its release patch. The wiki entry for the new cat is added within the same update.

Chroma variants

Every cat has 3 chroma variants unlocked through seasonal events. Chroma variants share the base stats of their parent cat but change the visual appearance. They are listed as separate entries only when their event-exclusive abilities differ from the base.

The table is best consulted alongside the Best cats for beginners page if you are still building your core roster.

How stats scale with star rank

Every cat has five star ranks. Each promotion increases the base HP and attack by roughly 22 percent, and unlocks a passive talent at rank 4 and a second passive at rank 5. The talent tree branch is fixed per cat — it does not change between players. The cheapest way to push a cat from rank 2 to rank 4 is to run the cat XP dungeon twice per day; the drop rate is the same regardless of the cat you bring, so always bring the cat you actually want to level.

Where to find each cat

Common cats drop from the three starter dungeons on the first island. Uncommon cats drop from the four mid-game dungeons unlocked after level 18. Rare cats drop exclusively from the two endgame dungeons and the second island’s hidden stages. The full drop table — including the percentage chance per clear — is documented on each cat’s row inside the wiki cats table. The three cats as of launch are marked as upcoming, with the patch that adds them listed on the release notes page.

Cats we recommend you skip

Four launch cats are widely considered trap picks because their passive abilities only activate at rank 5, which costs more gems than their kit justifies. They are not bad cats in absolute terms — they are just bad value for new accounts. The wiki marks every trap pick with a small note in the cats list so you can see at a glance which cats to avoid rerolling for.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Fast answers to the questions players ask most.

Are post-launch cats listed here?

This page is updated with each major patch. Additions appear at the top of the table with the mention of their patch.

Can a rare cat be stronger than a legendary?

Yes. Rarity determines the acquisition cost, not the power. Several rare cats sit in tier A, above specialised legendaries.

Can cats be obtained more than once?

Yes, through event banners and the fusion system. Duplicates raise the base stats.
